Rep Power: 0 | Tanning and Sauna RO please I've heard going to a sauna before tanning would help me get darker. Is that true? The gym I go to has a sauna, and where I tan is basically right next door. Will this really help or is it just a myth? |

The infrared type would be much better--no moisture problems. I have an infrared sauna in the same room as a tanning bed. I offer a tanning/sauna combo which allows them to step out of the sauna and into the tanning bed. I don't do a lot of these because most people don't take the time to spend an hour or so just to relax and get a nice tan. If the customer wishes to sauna and tan right after you have to warn them to cut back on their normal tan time because of overexposure from being in the sauna.
