Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Question Hi, my name is Sheri I am new here and have a question maybe someone can help me out. I just purchased a tanning bed to use in my home and I have 3 bulbs on the bottom out I have changed the bulbs, how can I tell if it is a starter or ballast issue ?? Thanks |
