Hi, my name is Sheri I am new here and have a question maybe someone can help me out. I just purchased a tanning bed to use in my home and I have 3 bulbs on the bottom out I have changed the bulbs, how can I tell if it is a starter or ballast issue ?? Thanks

You can tell by maybe swapping starters, for a start. :)

Thanks but I don't even know what a starter looks like, someone told me those are my choices to my problem

Then you may want to hire a tech :) But if your device has them, they look like this when removed.

Usually located behind the lamp on one end.
