Does cold weather affect tanning beds??

Hi everyone,
I am about to purchase a tanning bed from Kentucky and i live in Ohio its about a 2 hour drive... The thing is that it will have to be put in the bed of a truck and brought here and it is about 30 degrees outside and it could even have to sit overnight in the back of the truck... I was just wondering if the tanning bed will be ok?? I don't know much about tanning beds!!!
Thank you for your time everyone:)

Can't imagine any problems with the cold...just don't let them get wet...wrap them in blankets....then plastic.

Re: Does cold weather affect tanning beds??

Yes, wrap well. And when you bring it in, do not hook it up right away. Cold metal parts and warm air equal condensation.

Re: Does cold weather affect tanning beds??

What the **** is this bed made out of? Leaves?

Are we all kidding here? 30degress isn't even cold. This is a tanning bed.

If it DOES get ruined from the cold then you need to RETURN IT cause it's trash.

Excellent. Sorry for being a jerk. I opened to my favorite and oldest fish floating at the top of the tank.

Re: Does cold weather affect tanning beds??

Just install it in your salon and leave it over night before you fire it up. Then there will be no problems.
