Is this a good deal??

I am looking at purchasing a newer model Sunsport Platinum, we have the really old model at our salon and it works and tans great but of course has its kinks every now and then. There is no way we can get rid of it because everyone just loves how it tans and our clients would be very unhappy, and it makes alot of money for us. So I figured I'd just get a newer model. We just took over the salon in June 2007 and I have not purchased any new equipment for the salon as of yet, so I have no idea what to offer or if this is already a really good deal. Here is the deal I am looking at:

SUNSPORT Platinum, Selling for $13500
purchased July 8, 2005, a little over 2k hours on it, original price $30k
Adjustable control of lamps for an all over even tan
Contoured tanning mattress with built in body message
20 Min (10 min each side)
Sparkling red color

Is this a good deal?? How low should I go on the offer??

Thanks for your help, really appreciate it!!

none, its in perfect condition. Only thing was that we needed to buy new lamps but I got a great deal on Radium lamps from Superior UV, their prices were incredible!
