AIRBRUSH CONSENT FORM - tanTALK

Should I make my client sign a consent form to airbrush ? It seems obvious that I should, but I would appreciate any ideas on what it should actually say

We used to for doing clients top-less. But since we no longer allow that, we do not have a consent form.

We have all cosmetic tanning clients sign them. The reasons they are signing it are all stated in the consent form. :)

well to cover yourself why not , plus your are getting their information for future mailings, emial marketing ,etc

By clicking on "General Forum" and then clicking on one of the key words at the top of the page; choose " airbrush " and i believe some waivers and consents are listed... i've been looking them over myself but they all pretty much similar in content and verbage. I would start by looking at these :)
