keeping old client info - tanTALK

We switched from the old card system to a pc system some time ago. I still have all the old client cards in boxes in backroom. Anyone no how long we are required to keep them. I'm thinking probably for the rest of my life in case anyone ever tries to come back and blame the tanning for stupid things, but I really dont have the room. Any advice?

Read your local laws, but here in Wisconsin its three years or until they sign a new one and that clearly written out. No clue on laws in Canadia!

also check the statute of limitation for personal injury in your area, here is a quick list for the states:

They should have them for Canada as well online.
