Just my 2cents but if the electric bill is only 125.00 a month there ain't much goin' on at that salon.

Depends on the type of power. I pay 10 cents a kilowatt hour. If you hydro, its only one cent apparently. And here I thought nuclear was "Cheap" power. :)

Sounds like the old owner would give it up just to get off the lease. The real expense will be the remodel, repair, relamp. Be sure your free and clear of old depts. of his/hers.
