Dear fellow salons,

I would love to have instructions from start to finish on how to spray a client properly. I purchased a Cal Tan 4000 from a day spa & it did not come with any information. I have contacted Cal Tan & they have not been very helpful.

I would appreciate any info on machine adjustment & how to spray a client from start to finish. I have sprayed many friends & even some clients. I beleive practice is a key, but I have tried several different methods & hands & feet are still a problem. I also have received my certification from the tanning institute but it did not provide much additional information.

I also was not happy with the Breeze #9 air brush formula. To dark for most clients in my area. What other solution is everyone using with a bronzer that is not so dark but delivers a nice color.

I need practical applications that will help to reduce errors.

I appreciate any helpful information that might be offered.

i would search the sunless section, but i use cal tan premium dark solution and cal tan classic for the lighter skin customers.
