P***ed Off Customer

Today a customer came in with a Hawaiian Tropic Oil Tanning lotion. I told her that particular brand of lotion is not allowed in my salon and before i cant even finish my sentence ( i was going to explain why its bad) she said "fine!!then i wont use lotion" and left...fine, go somewhere else i've spent over $600 replacing acrylics in the past 6 months.. i'm soo aggravated..

i added this to the release and make then initial it, it says your card on file will be charged for replacement acrylics and for time the room is down, we explain it , a handful people get really mad mostly because they just have made a trip to ther market and spent a few dollars on a oil, If its all out there in the open upfront they really have no reason to get mad, first of the year i suggest adding it in and having everyone who comes in after jan 1 sign a new release, its a good time to update those anyway.
