My partner and I went to Nashville this weekend and went to several vendors and ETS gave us the most in perks and customer service. They were willing to go the extra mile to get us to go their way after we decided on Tan America. Were spending 100K and wanted to hear some input before we write the check this week.

All welcome to give us the pros and cons.

Stay away from ETS!
Tan America Is good but look for other alternative as well like KBL, Ultra Sun, and Dr. Muller.

we have had ETS equip for as long as we have had salon, 3 beds are 15 yrs old and running strong, in my opinion they have good equip, others may not agree.

Love my ETS beds over what I have purchased. I also have Tan amercia boring beds but great customer service, no wow factor.
I have Royal suns Never had a call after spending 80k with those beds terrible service.
Sun capsule they are always calling to make sure I am happy.
But the best so far is ETS never had a problem beauitful beds, great tanning beds, and superior customer service. I have a new 19 salon only 9 beds I purchased sportarredo but the next 10 will be ETS again. I made too many mistakes going to others who do not reliable teckie in the area.

Customer service and tech support are def big factors, I know a cpl ppl from Sportarredo and like them, they talk a great story and would think if my judge of character is correct that they also walk the walk. If I was investing big bucks in new equip for a salon I would take a real good look at Sportarredo. Have also learned over years it is nice to have a mix of equip, 5 diff levels of beds that all look the same are harder to sell than totally diff beds at a diff level. Visual difference as well as tanning ability

TAN AMERICA - the beds are awesome and their customer service is outstanding. I have 2 Pacificas, 3 Santa Barbaras and 1 Sun Up II. My customers rave about the beds and they do have a "wow" factor. i would stay away from both....they are low end quality lines. UWE, DR. Muller, KBL, Sportarredo, Ergoline are some beds to look at before you make your decision.

Hey, the wonderful thing about ETS *snicker*, is that once the sell you your equipment, they will gladly sell your customers equipment and lotion as well! So when you write them that check, send them a note and thank them for cutting your throat. They really are a GREAT *snicker snicker* company. If I were you, I wouldn't support that monster called ETS.
