Rep Power: 0 | Question on commision I am looking for a more creative and motivational way to pay employees commision. All we do now is give them a percentage of sales and add it to their paycheck each pay period. I would like to find a method that will motivate them to work as a team and really push each other to sell more. Does anyone have any suggestions? Any different commision methods? |

Rep Power: 18 | Re: Question on commision I give all my girls a monthly membership goal as well as a monthly lotion goal. if they sign up that number of memberships then they get an extra $25. if they reach their lotion bottle goal then they will get another $25 dollars plus their regular commission. Also, I have spur of the moment contests and whoever wins gets their choice of product or something like that. Everyone loves free stuff. It works.

Rep Power: 21 | Re: Question on commision Instead of just sales or lotion...try a per person average competition between your staff for the pay period. Take how many people they saw on their shift and divide it by the income generated. It may also show some weekness that you can follow up with training...and give you the oportunity to evaluate if the training helped the employee the next pay period. |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Question on commision those are great ideas! we were thinking of something like that, and we were thinking of offering different percentages if they reach certain goals. Ex. They make over 1.00 they get 4%, they make 5.00 they get 5%, and so on. But then do it percentages of hours. I am hoping something like that will make them push more for teamwork and helping each other instead of individual sales. |
