I have enough people looking like deer in headlights @ the mention of $40. I dont want to fire my staff, they are very good, they just need some extra motivation on cleaning, since they are mostly money driven through commissions. Which is why with every lotion pack given away, it counts as NEGATIVE 10 on their sales. So if they are at quota and are going to get their commission, and they have someone complain about cleanliness @ 9:50 @ night, they can lose their commission if they dont keep the salon sparkling from open to close. Hopefully this will get it taken care of, and then I need a method to spread the word quickly, so we can re-earn the trust of lost clean freaks :) Flyering lost clients that have gone to the competition just seem like the way to get them in to try us again.

Rep Power: 19 | Re: quite literally @ WAR with other salon! haha One of my mentors a long time ago taught me that in business, you can't change what the other guy does. You can only change your actions and what you do. I have learned that to be very true. Stick to your own business and how you can make it better and make people want to do business with you. |
