Rep Power: 28 | Re: SZGIRL Thing is, they do not realize that it is 'seasonal'. They see it busy in the spring when "they" come out to tan and think it is always rakin in the dough. Sad, huh? This is why the slice of the pie keeps getting smaller, eh? |

Rep Power: 103 | Re: SZGIRL I agree Belvy. But we need more info. My best suggestion, now that I have had time to think about it, is to be sure that you have access to at least 4 or 5 months of expenses. And that number depends a lot on your individual market. Cut expenses as much as you can without costing yourself customers. If you can't come up with that much expense money (or at least close to that amount, whether it is cash out of your pocket, loans, whatever) you may want to consider cutting your losses now. Another option could be to get a job and pay cheap labor to keep it open. Then work it yourself while you are off from your other job. Either way, don't mind the sarcasm here. Come back and keep us posted. Ask questions. Read a lot. We will help if we can. Good Luck
