Well our salons build out was done quickly so we would get open to get the end of the season at least had them working overtime hopefully it's worth it. We built a very upscale salon been open 10 days already 20 beds we have been tanning 220-270 a day. We just signed our lease on our second location. Money has been great but we are aware of the slow season our other business will be bringing in income then also though. Good luck to all.

Hey I believe you. We have 12 beds and we are doing between 150-160 on average a day with 9 employees. Best of luck.

9 employees, are you rich? I am sooo jealouse. I have one employees and 2 family members.

Heck no we are not rich....we are paying 9 employees. THat doesn't include the cleaning lady & maintaince guy. But we started at the point to where we had to choose between paying fewer employees and having "okay" customer service to paying more employees and having unparrelleled customer service. We choose the later and it has paid off. We staff two shifts and a floater shift every day. on each shif there are two sales associates and 1 room attendant. the floater shift splits the two shifts and carries as a room attendant and a sales associate. We pay more employees but are able to tan more people do to the productivity and quality control that benifits from having more employees on the clock.
