1. Make sure there are at least one other salon on each corner.
2. Make sure you have "better" equipment. aka cost you more
3. Make sure you charge less for that "better" equipment.
4. Have an EFT program in effect. You wanna make sure you have the cheapest price to cover you loan.leae payment.
5. Lotions. Make sure you stock up on lotions that are available on diversion sites. Cause they must be tghe best.
6. Make sure you have 2 or more sources of income so you can support your new venture.
