Rep Power: 0  | Bed Cleaning Solution causing blisters? So i was working today and a girl about 16 years old came in and had asked me if she could have a spray bottle full of water to spray the bed because she is getting blisters on her toes, and she went to our biggest competition's salon yesterday and tanned (why she's tanning at 2 places is beyond me, she has an unlimited package here) And they had told her that the solution we're using is doing it to her, and gave her a spray bottle full of water to spray the bed with before she tanned (There spraybottles are probably all filled with water, that place is undercover disgusting) We use the AG bed cleaning solution , after we clean the bed we turn the towel over to the dry side and dry-buff the bed, so i know there isn't an extreme amount of excess solution on the bed. I'm just confused about this, I've worked at this Salon for 2 years, And i've worked at 2 other Salon's as well and i've never heard that sort of thing... Has anyone ever heard anything like this, Or is the competition just trying basiclly talk crap? I know the competition doesn't clean the tops of their beds.. they use the same towel to clean bed after bed until the towel is soaked.. and at one point last year the board of heath had a sign posted on it's door letting the customers know there was a herpies outbreak... But i'll keep that to myself. |

Anytime someone gets a rash or whatever they blame it on tanning and the solution . Usually not the case. Tell her to wear better shoes/socks, thats why she has blisters on her toes. |
