Tanning for the pale - tanTALK

So... I'm white. Whiter than white actually. As such I'm not allowed to expose myself to the sun, as I develop these brown dots (not sure what the english word is) on my body and face.

I was wondering what my options are, is there anything but tan spray that could help me get a "bronzy" look?
