This just floored me! My manager had a phone call the other day. How much can I get off of a tanning package with this $5 coupon??? :lol: I dang near fell off my chair laughing when she told me this!! So, my question is... How smart are your customers and what's the dumbest question they've asked you??

i have had one person not put the shocks on their piston lift bed after shipping and complain that the top was heavy when they had to lift it before use lol

I had a girl who said her chest tans best cuz its closer to her heart.
another that said she didnt want color, just a burn. I told her my competitor would be happy to help her.

yeah, i too have asked how long the max is on a 12 min bed...

and i don't know how many people have asked me if the high pressure bed was our "safe" bed, you know, the kind where you don't get the cancer! but that is soley because of a salon in town that promotes their beds as such... so i cannot really blame the client! thier high pressures are the safe cancer free bed... apparently beds with 44 lamps in them just dole out cancer left and right!
