Rep Power: 0 | Bone Head Employee Tonight I went to one of my salons to check on the progress with the store being repainted. It was after close. I saw that the salon lights were still on and figured my employee (Chad) was just finishing up. (College senior) I pulled on the door and was surprised by the fact it was UNLOCKED! My brillant employee was in there alright... he was TANNING! He left the money bag under the front counter... drawer open with the change in it.... door unlocked... lights on... (open sign was off) and he was TANNING! I was so steamed. I would have shut his bed off but he used the database to put himself in. He was not put in through the computer. So I suspect he was clocked in. I will check that tomorrow. I first thought... I will rob the store and wait for him to call me. I would love to have heard the story. I then thought no.. I will sit here and wait for him to come out and I will KILL him. Imagine if an intruder had come in and really killed him! Geeezzz it makes me sick to think I have to pay these people. |

Rep Power: 107 | Re: Bone Head Employee I popped in on one employee who decided to look the door, all the light and open sign on, a half hour before closing and decided have a tan. I moved a bunch of things around making it very obvious, and left. I don't think she ever mentioned it. She is no longer with us. |

That would have scared the crap out of him and given you a laugh at the same time...and of course you could still kill him later. Same thing happened at the salon I go to - except the owner showed up at 8:00 in the morning to find the door locked and his employee walking around the salon naked to retrieve a sample of lotion that she forgot to grab on the way into the room. Talk about a shock. |
