I had an employee leave late one night and left the salon door unlocked all night, when i found out i asked her why she didn't call me and you'll never guess what her answer was, it was too late at night to call you!!!!! it was 11.45pm. she is not with me anymore.

I went in as his shift was ending. He wanted to give me a "hug" and said he was sorry. I told him he was too much of a liability. I asked him for his key. Done.

I must admit I wish I had flipped that circut breaker!
