Don't spend too much in the busy season. Save for when it's slow. Pay off bills while the moneys coming in!

LOL, let's see. Watch your labor costs. Buy when you can get the rebates if you buy lotions that offer rebates. Stock up on them. Meter your lamps. hmmm, my mind is numb. I've been doing inventory all day. There's one, keep up with your inventory and don't let it get all jacked up like my staff did.
Ok, I'll share more soon. Did I mention to drink heavily?

get em in the door and keep em, thats the best thing to do your first year.
