Rep Power: 18 | Your buddy from across the street "Mojo is banned from here. She likes to run her mouth about me now. Guess it makes her self esteem go up or something. Spam = unsoliciated email. Back in 2002 I ran a very successful online marketing company which had independent affiliates market our products on the web. Some sent out emails. Hence, I am a spammer in her book. Its OK, no need to defend me against lil ole' Brooksie. She only started talking trash since she was removed from this site. Her actions speak to her character. You see, she knew about the email thing for over 2 years now and only said something after being booted from this site. How convenient, right?" He's not still selling junk! How dare you people....oh...WOOOOOOOOOPS A DITTLIE DOOO. Now WHO would sell something like this: www.news8austin.com AG orders marketers of bogus fuel-saving pill to pay up 1/23/2007 5:38:32 PM By: Associated Press Would you buy a product that promised to improve your car's gas mileage by 30 percent and cut your engine's emissions in half? Well, you aren't the only one. More than 50,000 people bought BioPerformance, a pill marketed to do just that. Unfortunately for consumers, the pill was an illegal marketing scam. A chemical analysis revealed that the pills were made of naphtalene, the main ingredient in moth balls. BioPerformance sold a drop-in-the-tank pill and powders that experts say falsely were marketed to increase fuel efficiency. Investigators determined the sales involved a pyramid scheme. Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott ordered the Dallas-based company to return more than $7 million to the victims. Tuesday’s decision by the Attorney General ends the state's eight-month legal action against the company. The lawsuit says BioPerformance made money by getting consumers to purchase the pills in bulk, then sell them to others. "Don't lie or cheat Texas consumers. If you do so, there will be a high price to be paid," Abbott said. The settlement will be shared by consumers who were deceived. People who want file a claim for restitution can contact the Texas Attorney General's Office at (800) 252-8011 or online. But I'M SURE ALAN'S is legit...even though it's the same thing....and sold through a MLM....and a track record for being "honest"....
