Electrical requirements

another question sorry, i'm in the lease negotiations stage of opening my salon. is 200 amps enough for the 12 beds I will have? I will have at least 1 high pressure bed, one stand up and the rest will be base then 2 levels of upgrades with a versaspa. Thanks Guys!

You should at least have a 400 amp panel. I have 7 beds and that is what I have..

400 amps 3 phase minimum 600 amps 3 phase would be better. However without the knowledge of your beds we are only guessing.

Make sure you have enough AC 10-15 tons just a guess since we don't know what beds you are getting.

Again, totally dependant on your equipment. Three phase the way to go. Put it this way: Get more than you think you need. Waaaaaaaaay more expensive to add later. Be positive. What equipment do you think you may add down the road.( ok, pretty hard to figure that....). But be prepared to expand and have that amount of A/C and electric ready and waiting.
