White Line Down Customers Back - tanTALK

I have two different kinds of base beds at my salon
-SonnenBraune Klassic 735/3
-Sportarredo Holiday 45's
I have never had any complaints about either bed but this week I have had two complaints one about the Klassic and the other the Holiday.. the customer that used the klassic complained about one giant white line that didn't tan in the middle of her back.. and the customer that used the holiday complained about getting 4 large white stripes down his back. So this time I put them in opposite beds and they haven't had any problems.. so is it pressure points or what? It bugs me cause none of my other customers have had this problem..

Too much too soon w/o a burn, or they need to move around a bit more.

I had some clients that used to come in every year and tan the max despite my advice. They developed those stripes cause they got too much exposure, and didn't burn. They just didn't allow enough time to properly develop the tan. It's hard to explain in writing.

It's like throwing a steak on a hot grill and getting the grill marks.

They need to move around more.

I agree they need to move around in the bed. It could be caused from the acrylic supports in the bed.

yes I have had this once or twice with people doing a low amount of time perhaps to much for them.....How do we explain why it happens??

supports.... have them also rotate between the stand up or just move around.
