fairy tale - tanTALK

Dinner at a beautiful restuarant over looking the water in the old city St Augustine. Tucked between a grand fort, bed-n-breakfasts, and picturique little shops all adorned with wreathes and bows. The historic distirct decorated with over 22 million white lights! We walked along the water and came to the horse a carriage rides. He insisted we go on one and go alone. The wait was an hour. I told him lets just walk around. He insisted I always teased him about taking on so lets wait.....We waited and got onto a beautiful white carriage pulled by a horse named Benjamin.....The driver and I talked the whole drive as my boyfriend and I were nestled in the back.....I love St. Augustine and love the history so I was enthrawled in the stories she had to tell! There is a oak tree that has a palm growing straight out its trunk...the story is of love that a girl was dying, he guy loved her so that he proclaimed his undying love on that spot and never married....and from that spot a tree grew....We kissed under itd then I began to talk.....My boyfriend was holding his stomach which he told me was from the rich food at the restuarant.....He keep giving me the sweetest little kisses.....I kept talking.... I talked through all the most beautiful spots....and when I was quiet he was giving me kisses...
We come around to a front street that is very dark and placid unlike the other parts of the beautiful and I see a light house across the water I go "this is a perfect moment soak it in slience a light house me and you" He goes "ohh really this is a perfect moment! Well then will
you marry me!" I was shocked " I go NO!" (I was being a smartass) I go of course you don't even have to ask" then when we got off the horse and carriage he got down one knee in front of people and asked! As I always said I man would have to get on one knee!
The ring is beautiful.......He was upset as he had to perfects spots picked out but he was nervous and he claims I was talking but he was nervous! I then found out he got down on one knee and asked my mom and nana the week before! HOW Perfect!
SO I AM ENGAGED!! Wierd saying my fiance!! Big wedding shooting for 2008-2009!!
