Try to sell with out a broker brokers will knock you head off!!! They can work if all else fails.....Also are you locked in to a lease??? If not then if you can't sell or don't want to wait your beds and equipment off like so many do....

I use the "checks" option to track bank card purchases and keep them separate from cash sales.

I just signed a new lease and when I sold my newspaper our broker was a life saver. But I'm going to hang in as long as possible. One of the girls on my staff wants to buy it, so who knows.

It tracks purchases. Sold 5 GC to people who did not tan, a candle, and sumthing else.
