Rep Power: 0  | Sundash r32p Locked Out PLEASE HELP! I recently purchased a sundash r32p tanning bed from a salon that went out of business. Got it home hooked it up and It will not operate. When I turn the breaker on I get a L17 flash on the rail timer and then it goes to 00:00 . Thats all it will do, I cannot operate it from the rail timer. I called sundash and they said that im "locked out" and i would need to hook it back up to the salons remote timer to unlock it. But the salon was 200min away and they are no longer there. Is there anything i can do or do i have a used POS in my basement. any info would be greatly apreciated!!!! |

I'm very surprised that Ergoline/Sundash couldn't talk you through it. Under the left side of the bottom of the bed, do you have (3) blank phone jacks? Let me know and I will try to talk you through a few things. |

Yes i called that # and they said i would have to replace the board, or i would need to have it hooked up to the exact timer that it was hooked to to unlock it.. I too was suprised there wasnt something that could be done on my end to reset it. Ok I removed the cpu board under the head of the unit. It has 3 phone jacks and the board has 1996 sun006 printed on it. aslo there is a sticker with a serial # and 10 minute printed on it. I hope this helps and any info is greatly apreciated! thank you |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Sundash r32p Locked Out PLEASE HELP! If you have an owners manual use it for instructions to change the tpi parameter (26 i think) on the timer from 1 to zero. Else download timer programing instructions from the sun website. tpi parameter on 1 locks outs keypad. Really is simple. |
