Should Non-Salon owners and people whom do not work in the Tanning Industry post?

I voted no to the poll question as voting no means tanning industry professionals only posting on professional discussion boards.

Sorry Matt -- I've taken off my genius hat -- so before I vote I want more clarification-- is this on any forum on this site -- just the IP forum -- or what?

I think the google bots are hungry for clicks so ONLY having SO's post (IMO) will have a negative impact on site #'s and ad hits -- that is, if you guys pay attention to that stuff at all..........

I think we have the IP forum. That is for salon owners and distributors (if that vote ever comes up, I think that the IP should be salon owners only and Distys should have their own forum.)

As far as the open forums, I think they should be open to everyone that wants to sign up. If they are interested enough to sign up, welcome. As MissMojo said, (paraphrased) why would you cut out all that traffic?

Perhaps a better solution would be a new salon owner's forum, a distributor's forum and leave IP as it is. Open forum is exactly what it says, open to anyone that is interested.

Well I can't vote because I neither own a salon or work in a tanning salon now. But I have years of expierence in it... does that count? I think the IP should be for professionals only, but the open forum, is a open forum...right? I think having people who just tan on the site can help salon owners get a perspective from tanners.
