I own a salon....I don't have access to the IP forum..... so I am confused anyway on all this.....but as a salon owner regardless of if I have been sworn into the Owner only forum I still think certains things should be able to be discussed in a pirvate forum.....
If the IP forum discusses prices, and other more personal information then NO! I vote to still keep myself and others out LOL

Ahh I thought it asked in th IP forum I got confused after I read everyones post.....scratch my hierachy speech above.....Yes they should be able to post on the open boards as their humor and outside opinions are interesting but NEVER on the IP board thats pirvate! Too much hot chocolate this morning made me read to fast!

I think they should have access to "open forum". Open should mean open to anyone. If they abuse it then flag them. If they aren't in the industry, I don't know why they would want to post anyway unless they are asking for professional help from salon owners or industry professionals on tanning related issues.

Personally I think it should be Industry Professionals on this site just because there are other sites for tanners. ( iamtan for example)

Not all professionals in this industry are salon owners. Start a new forum for JUST salon owners and keep the IP for owners and other professionals.
