Rep Power: 0 | Wanted Dead or Alive Chris Hartman KBL If anyone out there in Tan Land America has a direct route to CHRIS HARTMAN at KBL AMERICA, perhaps you could get him to contact me Lee Brown (at Sunsource in Toronto) AND PAY ME!!! It seems that when Chris asked me to install one of his PURE ENERGY standups that a salon owner from Toronto had purchased from him, he had no trouble returning calls to have me install it for him. Now that 2 months have passed since the install, countless emails, phonecalls and messages, he is no where to be found! IM QUITE SURE THAT THIS HAS JUST SLIPPED HIS MIND!!! ; ) If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated...even if this is Mrs Hartman reading this. |

Rep Power: 103 | Re: Wanted Dead or Alive Chris Hartman KBL Sunsource, we see this type of post from time to time. However, it has more credibility from people that have been here a while and have a history of posting about things other than a personal matter such as this. You just registered on this site yesterday and you post this. Just a thought here, but this is the 27th of the month. I pay out anywhere from 100 to 200 bills a month at my businesses. I write checks once a month on or around the 10th. Many companies do the same. I don't know when you submitted your invoice to KBL, but it is entirely possible that you didn't get the invoice into the company in time for it to get approval and get in place to be paid in November. Rather than calling Chris Hartman, I would suggest calling KBL and asking for accounts payable. Drop the attitude and simply ask them about the bill. Be sure that they have a valid copy and that they have everything they need to remit payment. Did they require a PO? Was the job done to their satisfaction? Do they pay from the invoice or will they require a statement of account? Has the bill been approved for payment? I don't know Chris Hartman and I know absolutely nothing about how KBL conducts their business, but 2 months isn't a very long time when doing business this way. Either way, be sure to post here in 2 or 3 weeks about this to let us know how it turned out. I hope turns out good for you.

Rep Power: 25 | Re: Wanted Dead or Alive Chris Hartman KBL Billable, I agree with almost everything you post on here but this one I don't. I don't know what the circumstances were with this but most business that do installs for others require payment immediately and this was most likely arranged prior to the install. I think 2 months is a long time. I don't do many installs any longer but when I do, I require payment upon completion of the install not 2 months later. Again, I don't know the circumstances that revolve around this but I think he should of been paid by now if all was done correctly to the customers satisfaction. Only my opinion and not trying to start a blow out conversation on this subject. Don't be upset with me for commenting on this but I've been stung to many times by not getting paid for installs. Good luck Sunsource and if everthing was done to everyone's satisfaction hope you get paid soon. Like Billable said call Accounts Payable four times a day if you need to but I wouldn't plaster the name of KBL on something like this on the internet you may run into issues you won't want. Good luck.... Last edited by Sarge; 11-27-2006 at 07:59 AM. |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Wanted Dead or Alive Chris Hartman KBL To follow up, when reaching out for a last grasp at getting paid for a job that was done beyond satisfaction (just to clarify that!), my date of conception here in my opinion has nothing to do with my credibility, I been servicing the tanning industry in Toronto for years. As far as circumstances, Ive had a friend talk to him about this matter at the Nashville convention and he said that he would remedy the situation, The agreement was PAYMENT UPON COMPLETION! This is not only a matter of non payment but he is not answering my calls, emails or messages. And finally he is not sick, been in an accident or incapacitated, he is in the office, but has just decided to ignore a small independant service and maintenance technician of his earnings. |
