My advice is to take some employees also and get everybody Smart Tan Certified; and there are a host of other classes and seminars that will be of great benefit to you and your success. Look at all the Mfrs' equipment, ask lots of questions about maintenance and repair, try to get a feel for what yoy like and the various price ranges of equipment levels. Oh yeah, have a great time! There's a little sports bar across the street somewhere that the vendors go to (I can't remember the name or how to get there, and if it hadn't been across the street from my hotel, I'd probably be a Vashville resident right now).
