Umbrella Insurance - tanTALK

Do any of you have an Umbrella Insurance? My Landlord is requiring a 2,000,000 umbrella. Please let me know of any good companies that write insurance for tanning salons that have to have an umbrella policy.

I have umbrella inc. but I also own the building my salon is in. what exactly is he looking to have covered under the policy?

On top of Liability and property damage, fire, contents, HVAC & systems, Physical damage, employers liability, business interruption and extra expense, I am required to have a $2 mil umbrella policy.

I have done a search and none of them have anything to say about an umbrella policy. thanks for the suggestion though.

They were requiring $5 mil but we got them to drop it o $2 mil
