Rep Power: 0 | Re: spray tanning..GST and PST? If you are not paying PST when you buy the solution and not charging PST on sessions then you are asking for audit trouble. You must pay PST when you buy the solution as it is considered a supply. I had a full PST audit in 2005 and the auditor initially questioned why we were not charging PST on the session but soon backed down after consulting with another auditor and seeing that we were paying PST on our solution purchases. It's not worth saving a couple of bucks to make yourself look dishonest when it comes to an audit. |
