I love my clients don't get me wrong sometimes I think I am so lucky to have great clients who bring me cookies, tickets to shows, dinner, Christmas presents...I am sure some of you have the same thing.....but then comes in Mrs.Cheap Skate Okay I understand not everyone has loads of money believe me I know I am college student,intern, with a salon during the slow season..enough said! But this is ridiculous she is trying to fight over the expiration of tanning sessions from 2002....Sipping my red bull I contemplate the little flask I should of filled before skipping off to work... I am not going to sugar coat an excuse of why So I tell her "I will honor the 2 sessions you had left if you buy a new package" She still is rude with me over this.. moans and groans about business in america...Sitting on my hands as not to slap her..... Good shes in a bed and nothing got broke thrown or torn....Now I Sign on to read tan talk...In walks Clienetele Fiberous(the fibber) She proceeds to tell me she has a spray tanning appt today...I play calm, thinking how did I not have a girl on for this... I am loosing my control on the game(being extra hard on my self very energetically hard thanks red bull)
I ask her a few vague questions and she informs me she came in last week and made her appt with the little blonde girl who works here, ohh really I say " She hasn't worked her for over a month" then she says "ohh well maybe I didn't come in and make it I might have called and then I wouldn't really sure who"...I flip back open my appt book and I say "what time was your appt for?" her response " Ohh no time I just come in when I want too." What am I suppose to say to all this? Accuse her of the lies I know she is telling or suck it up, chug a red bull and spray her inbetween customers....yah u guessed it I chugged it...worst part after I sprayed her I pull up her account and it was pre-paid 5 months ago for the spray so I don't even get any fun cash for it.
I should have known today would be that way last night ended on the same type note a customers comes to the door at 8:45....we take our last customer at 8:30 on fridays...She bangs bangs on the door...Yells I am friends with the owner and If you don't open up I am telling her......(hehe really i am the owner)as if tanning was life or death( yes I love it but banging is crazy) So I open the door and she says I running late but I have to tan and I called and said I was on my way(yes she did at 7:30 when I told her last client 8:30) besides closing at 8:30 isn't very conveniant. It works for me I think in my head. I go well I am going to be here about 15 min so if you want to you can do the a 10 min just this one time...I was there so what the ****...She throws a fit saying she wanted to do our one 30 min bed...I said listen 10 mins is all I have to spare I am closed.. Well then I will take my business elsewhere....I am very nice but I said thats your choice not mine.....I went and unlocked the door letting her know she could exit... Is it a full MOON...hopefully these stories brighten your day for if they are tanning here you can sleep knowing I have them not you LOL

Drink from that flask. Lots and lots and lots. Don't stop 'till busy season.(if we ever have another one) Or..............move to canada and open a Quiznos w/ Cindy.
