Re: EFT Membership Program We advertise that we have a startup fee of $49.95 but it is usually waived. The $250 in Sunclub Dollars is put on an accumulator in Helios 9. All of our equipment (including mystic tan) knows how to deduct from this accumulator. The base level equipment is included in the membership fee. I use Helios 9 but ourbackoffice.com integrates with all versions of Helios. Some components work with SunLync. The automated letters are generated from ourbackoffice by accessing information from the Helios database. I don't use the EFT module built in Helios. I have had so much trouble with it. I use ourbackoffice to maintain the membership the way I have configured it. I currently do not have more than one level of EFT. My goal has always been to keep this plan as simple as possible. We do lose very many people due to declines.

Is it possible to format this letter so that I could simply stuff it in a #10 window envelope after printing? |

Re: EFT Membership Program Eric, Yes that is possible. Here's some more information that you can use to best suit your need. We also use the PSM system to send "Thank You" letters ( PSM format ) containing a $25 gift card to our customers. Here is how we use them; If any of our managers want to send this "Thank You" to a customer for any reason they will simple pull up that client record in the POS ( Helios in our case ) and then use the sales code "THANKYOU". This created a transaction on the client's account. Within the ourbackoffice system there is a task looking for people that have a "THANKYOU" sales code that have not been send a "Thank You" letter. Once it finds a client it generates the letter ( PSM ) to them. I will find one and attach it. Our EFT processing code simple puts a transaction on the clients account stating if it was good or bad. The ourbackoffice system looks for that code and generates the letter to the customer. Without our EFT processing your could manually put a code the person account for the PSM letter you wanted generated. Michael

Re: EFT Membership Program Based on who keyed the sales code in Helios will determine the signature on the letter. This makes it more personal. This is the problem letter sent out. If a customer has a bad experience while tanning with us our employee has permission to send them a problem letter. We also use ourbackoffice to monitor the usage of this code to prevent abuse.
