the customer who stole from me last week, 2 bottles came in today and did it again! This time when she came out of her room I was like ok you are GOING to pay for that lotion, she freaked out being all wierd said hang on a minute, went to the bathroom and took the lotion out of her purse and put it in the bathroom on the shelf! I CANNOT believe this women, she is done and better NOT come back here! She is in the computer as a theif who is no longer allowed to tan here! To ANY Wilmington North Carolina Tanning salons contact me for her name and info!

There is nothing more that I dislike than a thief. And I can't believe she had the nerve to return. Hopefully she is gone for good. I thinks it great that you warn everyone else.

A HUGE part of me wants to call every salon in wilmington and tell them!! I cannot believe this women! I cannot express how mad I am and how mad I was, I bet she will NEVER forget coming out of that tanning room and seeing me standing RIGHT there!

I've had people steal my bathroom spray. $3 Glade Ultra. Twice. And the body spray I had in there.

Tell her to hit the road!!!!!!!!!! If she comes back again, tell her you'll have her arrested for trespassing!!!!
I would call the other salons that are close to you and give them a heads-up.

I bought new towels for the whole salon for the start of the busy season, Feb. In April I thought I'd do a towels count. 57 were gone ! 57 ! I couldn't beleive it. No one is honest any more!!!!

Sounds like you are buying 'too nice' towels if your customers want them at home.

Actually right after I posted this yesterday I called evry salon in our phone book and gave them her name & info so hopefully they will keep a eye on her. I CANNOT possibly imagine she would come back here but if she does I will look right at her and say " we have the right to refuse service to anyone, and I am using that right with you, you are no longer welcomed to tan here." And that will be all I say, I will sound like a broken record and say it OVER AND OVER to her. The one thing I DO NOT tolerate is stealing from anyone... Karma is one word that lady will know.
