We bought into their/his B-Day Direct Monthly Mailer last year! On May 18th of this year I E-Mailed the usual monthly list for the preceeding month! On June 29th, a gal walks in and says she JUST got the card today! Same thing happened on the 30th. I called Gary, "They were mailed out on the 22/23rd of May." "Must be a postal issue in your area"! | |

This really makes for a bad month, July is hard enough without ******** like this. I was expecting a pretty big turnout with these cards. Did anyone get a refund or sue? |

Welcome to the Ex-Grip club; better known as the "we want to string Gary up and beat our money back out of him gang" Too bad it's not consumer fraud, just a company (more like: group of cocky slackers) that has no business being in marketing. Gary: Honestly, why don't you just give up? Don't you feel bad? Ever heard of Karma?

Called ACH and they designed and mailed to home without a glitch. also We sent Grip payment for the entire year of birthday cards for 4 stores in may. One would think that the mailers would have been sent out monthly, but the entire order was shipped in one month. If your birthday was in May...Great. But we had all clients sent their b-day card at once. I was seriously jacked. Only consolation was that we had about 30% reply since we honored offers for any month. We had previously done numerous mailings and alot of in store materials with them without a problem. It now seems that since Javier doesn't work there, nothing is working. ACH is our new mailing co. of choice |
