I'll agree!

We bought into their/his B-Day Direct Monthly Mailer last year!

On May 18th of this year I E-Mailed the usual monthly list for the preceeding month!

On June 29th, a gal walks in and says she JUST got the card today!
Same thing happened on the 30th.

I called Gary, "They were mailed out on the 22/23rd of May."
"Must be a postal issue in your area"!

Re: Grip Marketing problems!

Man, I guess we are not the only ones who have been burned. I wish I could've been warned. Somebody should keep posting these threads about them. This really makes for a bad month, July is hard enough without ******** like this. I was expecting a pretty big turnout with these cards. Did anyone get a refund or sue?

Re: Grip Marketing problems!

Welcome to the Ex-Grip club; better known as the "we want to string Gary up and beat our money back out of him gang"

Too bad it's not consumer fraud, just a company (more like: group of cocky slackers) that has no business being in marketing.

Gary: Honestly, why don't you just give up? Don't you feel bad? Ever heard of Karma?

Re: Grip Marketing problems!

I was impressed with the quality, wording, prices and hot models in their advertising so it's just the service ya'all are complaining about, eh?

Re: Grip Marketing problems!

Grip and Gary are voulchers for newbies on this industry stay away from them you can find better. Missy you should be using your lotion companies models for Co-op. And this goes further then just service.

Re: Grip Marketing problems!

Last x-mas we tried to order our mailing and after many delays on their end we were told that it was too late to reach the market. Called ACH and they designed and mailed to home without a glitch.

also
We sent Grip payment for the entire year of birthday cards for 4 stores in may. One would think that the mailers would have been sent out monthly, but the entire order was shipped in one month. If your birthday was in May...Great. But we had all clients sent their b-day card at once. I was seriously jacked. Only consolation was that we had about 30% reply since we honored offers for any month.

We had previously done numerous mailings and alot of in store materials with them without a problem. It now seems that since Javier doesn't work there, nothing is working.

ACH is our new mailing co. of choice

Re: Grip Marketing problems!

I used Grip last July for my FTW, no problem. Although I had the cards send to me for distribution and they were here on time. ~shrug~
