Tan Track Software

Anyone using this program. To my understanding, they improve their product as they get responses from their users. I was wondering if anyone else out there could use the following feature.....

When a client purchases a package wouldnt it be wonderful if it didnt start till the day they actually used the package vs. it begining on the day they purchased it.
Some of my clients purchase for others not using a gift card, but just purchasing a month for someone etc. Wouldnt it be nice if we didnt have to change the dates for their packages... Less for our employees to have access to. Just a thought. If anyone else feels the same if you would please let nichesoft know.

Thank You.

Re: Tan Track Software

put them on vacation hold until they start, plus it keeps the dates straight.

Either that or edit the package and change the start date.

Re: Tan Track Software

or just start it on that day, we've had problems wtih that too. So we tell clients that it start when you purchase the package and normally it works out fine. And as far as others buyign it for someone else, we make them buy a gift certificate, just easy that way.

Re: Tan Track Software

We love Tan Track and yes they are very responsive to their customers requests.
But to answer your question I would just make them buy a gift certificate.

I am not sure if the vacation hold works for monthly packages, I kind of thought that that feature was for EFT customers. But since I don't do EFT I really wouldn't know.

Sorry

Someone from Nichesoft should reply soon. They are pretty active on the boards.

Re: Tan Track Software

speaking of EFT's wouldnt it be nice if when you put an eft package on hold it not only pushed out the expiration date of the current month, but pushed off the next payment date equally. it is so frustrating to have to adjust it each time.
