If you did a lease some lease companies will pre-fund 50% down prior to shipping and 50% down on completion of installtation. However if you choose to sign all the paperwork which is the completion document then they would fund 100% of it.

Club I think you contacted Magic tan not them contacting the customer and I think the unit is used so that would be between the party that sold it and the party that bought not the manufacter of the unit. Unless the buyer wanted to get them invloved. Even then the party that sold it would still have to be held responsiable for missing parts.

Not to mention that it took a week to figure out what parts were missing, when you get used repossessed equipment, you can't expect it to be perfect. When you buy a $30,000 machine for $13,000. There really is a bunch of room to purchase missing parts if needed.

i did not expect perfection. but i did expect a working machine with ALL of its parts which is what you were selling. what does the price have to do with anything. because new its $30K and i got it used for $13K then i should expect to have to buy numerous missing parts. please explain that. this sums it all up for me, you found the missing parts last tuesday or wednesday, you NEVER called me, you deleted the items from the magic tan order and you did not ship them out until yesterday or today. it will be 2 weeks from the day you found the parts to the day i recieve them. thats assuming all the parts are there. i talked to julie at magic tan and her warehouse guy and they had a list within 24 hours. i receive thier package in 2-3 days. still waiting for yours...

However this has nothing to do with this thread I'm just sating a response to your post.
i guess i've been lucky for over seven years now then, because i have never not once in those several years paid for equipment prior to receiving it. 10+ salons and growing... btw. i deal exclusive with Sun Ergoline and a finance company, but i never agree for the finance company to release 100% of the funds until i've seen the beds installed and working in my salons.
