Has anyone found a way to get around this? Like a better (more upscale) way to dispense the lotion without the crappy-looking salad dressing cup? Maybe a shot glass? jello-shot syringe? Espresso mug? ...or are you ok with the plastic cup? |
Re: lotion cups you dont really need the pump to put lotions in a cup |
Re: lotion cups I keep the 32 oz'ers under the counter and let new clients have a shot after the lotion talk if they are unwilling to buy any at that time, most come out and purchase either a sample or a full bottle when they see what it can do for you. I use it as a marketing tool. i think using the cups is ok for that vs. Ghetto filled cups with sharpie markings to distinguish the different ones. We pump it at time of offer, not have several hundred in a wicker basket on the counter. That is a turn off for me. |

I like the shot glass idea! :D |

Re: lotion cups Do you want to have to wash about 20 shot glasses daily. I know I don't. If you go to places like Sephora and stuff they sample in the same type of cup. If it is good enough for them, it is good enough for me to sample from. |

I have been filling mine 1/2 way and selling it for $2.00 |
Re: lotion cups I usually make the cups 20% more expensive than buying a bottle at once. Do you do this like this or do you make the cups more/less expensive? |
Re: lotion cups These look alright, and not too pricey... http://www.silverhawkinc.com/Catalog...qty_399310.htm (Sorry I don't know how to insert an image) How much do the ketchup cups cost? I'm even thinking washingnthem wouldn't be so bad... I REALLY like the concept of cupping but really don't want that look... |
Re: lotion cups Very nice Glotan! The ketchup cost about $ 0,08 for me. |
