Rep Power: 20 | Re: Crisco and Pam Cooking Spray? The best I found for outside tanning is the Maui Babe. Makes me super dark in little time outside. NOT FOR TANNING BEDS. It's oily and has to be shaken alot but it is awesome. It is a family recipe from Maui Hawaii......

Rep Power: 24 | Re: Crisco and Pam Cooking Spray? In a large beach bag combine 1 bag onions, 1 bag carrots, 1 large stalk of celery coarsely chopped. Spread 3 heavy duty rolls of aluminum foil on ground making a blanket of sorts approx. 4' X 6'. Shake beach bag to combine vegetables ( this is what chefs call "holy trinity" ). Spread the trinity on aluminum blanket evenly and add a large pinch of essence. BAM! BAM! BAM! Coat body liberally with cooking spray being careful around eyes and ears. Set an egg timer for 2 hrs. Lie on back . With a wire whisk lightly beat nipples until they are upright and slightly perky. Put on good UV blocking sunglasses. At the end of 2 hrs. roll over on stomach making sure not to disturb the trinity. Reset timer for 2 more hrs. With a large spatula smack butt cheeks until rosey and small welts form. (A friend may do this if you can't reach). At the end of 2 hrs. place a Granny Smith apple in mouth and insert a large sprig of rosemary in butt crack. Rest for 10 minutes. Repeat every other day or until desired tan is achieved.
