Rep Power: 0 | Nail Technitions Hello everyone! I am in the process of trying to hire a nail tech at my salon. I have tried everything I can think of, craigslist, beauty schools...does anyone have any suggestions? I am even offering 3 months free. I have already baught the table and really neat sign and everything. I just need to get someone in here! Any help is greatly appreciated! |

Rep Power: 92 | Re: Nail Technitions I hired my manager from another salon and she was able to bring the nail tech from that salon with her. Working out great. But the hair salon 2 doors down flipped a gasket. Started making trouble with the landlord. Get it added to your lease if you can.

Rep Power: 19 | Re: Nail Technitions Hiring nail techs is rough!! I have a nail and tanning salon and trust me.... finding someone to do nails is hard!!! There are not many out there that actually know what they are doing, many expect to be handed a client base... it just does not work that way!!! I have been looking for a GOOD nail tech for about a year and I JUST hired one this past monday!! Keep checking with schools and do an ad in your local paper if need be. Good Luck!
