we are having our " initial opening " day of our new salon....end of this month....

i am trying to get some ideas on what other have done ?????

please anyone have any IDEAS .....

There are tons of other threads that exist covering this topic.
(1) Get your free samples in - your disty can help with this
(2) Get some ads out that it's your "initial opening" day
(3) Make it festive in the salon
(4) Make sure your staff is trained well
(5) Create some great "knock their socks off" specials
ex.) FTW, free gifts with $X purchased, % off with bottle purchases, raffles, "X" tans for $X
(6) Be on hand to introduce yourself to new customers and to make sure that things are flowing the way they should.

Have business cards with your info and "good for 1 free session. Only valid one per person". Go in person to key areas and give out free session cards. Target places that have your key demographic, mostly white women ages 18 to 45. Offices, stores close to your area, factories, etc. There is no substitute for a personal invitation from the owner to your business. Give everyone a free session on your opening day. Show tanning choices, educate about lotions, get all of their information, then let them have a session. When they are done tanning, sell a package.

^^^^^^^ I agree, but also the night before don't go drinking a lot to celebrate. Instead go to bed early and be awake and refreshed! Also, BREATHE!!! It is going to be GREAT!!!

I NEED HELP WITH MY DR KERN BLUE DREAM 42/4......IT LIGHTS UP WITH THE RELAYS, BUT IF U MANUALLY/WITH TIMER SET THE BED...THE BULBS WONT COME ON/???? WHAT TO DO ??
