Rep Power: 107 | Re: BAD TANNING ACTICLE- NEED HELP!! Maybe it's just me, but I didn't really take this article to be anti tanning as much as promoting safe tanning. When it appeared in our paper last week it also had a list of suggested safety precautions to take when you tanned. It mostly was talking about being at the beach and when it said anything about indoor tanning it just said to not over do it. |

Rep Power: 27 | Re: BAD TANNING ACTICLE- NEED HELP!! Not all skin cancer is caused by the sun, he said, but exposure to the sun and even the use of tanning beds can increase a person's chance of developing skin cancer. <--this was quoted from that article on the 2nd page... I love how they throw the tanning bed thing in there in the bottom of the first page... because most of the article as about her going into the sun... and baking... so that is not too smart on her part.. but who can she blame for the sun !

I also agree she stated that she would try to be the darkest so how many unhealthy habits did she do? everyday exposure, no spf, how many times did she burn? all that also has to be taken in account and of course they don't share that information |

Rep Power: 23 | Re: BAD TANNING ACTICLE- NEED HELP!! do any of you belong to smart tan? i know when we had a prob in the past with a media blast, they were right there to help and actually sent a response for us to send on to our local paper. just a thought - they responded in a much more professional manner than i could have. |
