Rep Power: 130 | Buyers & Real estate brokers Do you guys get letters from Brokers saying they have a client intrested in purchasing a salon in your county. I just got one today. I called left a message saying I just purchased the salon less then a year ago and have upgraded many features. I would want a lot of money in order to make it worth my while. That was pretty much it. Does this happen often? |

Rep Power: 117 | Re: Buyers & Real estate brokers I used to sell Real Estate and it's a tool they (we) use to list your Business. Chances are it's BS but you never know and it doesn't hurt to follow up but I used to send those letters to people all the time. |

Rep Power: 130 | Re: Buyers & Real estate brokers Wow this letter was from the bay area... probably someone wanting to relocate for lower real estate prices when really we aren't that much lower. I know there are too many salone like 30 miles north of here in a college town. But I am the only one here and my rent is super, super, cheap... and it would cost over 250k if not more to start from scratch here. And people in this town won't support that kinda salon |

Rep Power: 130 | Re: Buyers & Real estate brokers I would be crazy to sell this early in the game. I am also really young and saving up to buy the strip mall I am in. My landlord owns it out right and has already promised me a lease to own contract next year. That has alot of promise |
