Rep Power: 20 | NY - Looks Like We're Regulated I'm not quite sure about the rest of the state. I know in Westchester the board of health came through and gave me signs I have to post. Tanners under 16 are not allowed to tan. Tanners under 18 need parental permission. Here's the thing the parent has to be present. Honestly I don't care and Im not following that rule. They can bring it home and have their parents sign it. Kids are never going to come if they have to bring their parents. |
