Acrylic Allergy?!?!?!!?! - tanTALK

Have any of you heard of this? I had a client come in and said she had to the stand up cuz she had an acrylic allergy, I am thinking that she tanned somewhere that may not have properly cleaned the beds, but for the sake of an argument I am curious.

My guess would be the uncleaned bed or a reation to the cleaning agent.

That could very well be.... I have never heard of such a thing. I should ask her if she ever gets acrylic nails. Maybe its in her head. She said acrylic shirts make her itchy... I don't know my shirts are cotton.

Could it be that the bed cleaner didnt double clean a bed after someone used a tingle, and she had a reaction to the tingle, maybe?

See thats my thought we double clean the beds and never have reactions but the prev owners didn;t

Acrylic is a very inert substance, it would be like being alergic to plastic or glass
