Ok ever had a client, a good client that tans all year, never cancels, come to you and say," I found Designer Skin online and It says I can get Spellbound for $25. Would you sell it to me for thirty to off set the cost of shipping??" Then she follows it up with I won't tell anyone...

I was floored!!!!!

I would say ummmmmm NO!!! Support your salon or get the $#@% out. I'm just sick and tired of hagglers. Or you could sell it to her and wait a week befor you give it to her. You know shipping transit times and all. If she wants it now FULL price baby.

Since she's a good customer I'd take a few moments to explain that this is how you make your living and that by her purchasing on-line lotions will make it difficult for you to keep providing her the good service she has grown accustomed to.

or, get a bottle of SB that is 2/3 empty fill it the rest of the way with Jergens (in front of her) & sell it to her for 30 all the while telling her this is the same stuff she's getting on the i-net.
