Rep Power: 0 | Help on selling a salon hello folks - looking for some advice.. My salon is 3 yrs old, 4 levels of beds (heartland) with the Matrix.. 8 beds in all with 12 rooms available for expansion... every year our sales have increased and last year was around 108k with about 47 EFT members....... but, we might move out of state and i'm wondering what is the best way to sell without the word going out to my customers that i'm selling.. I'm a absentee owner and probably financed to much of the salon 3 yrs ago at startup, so the numbers-- sales to expense dont look so hot, but they wont when you have sba and beds leased at 2500/mth. anyhow, any good advice on how to sell a salon.. i talked to a broker and they said salons are a hard sell, blah blah blah even though i'm in a rather large market. |

My most senior person is part time.. I'm in the twin cities of MN... As an absentee, i still stay involved, and do a good job in my eyes, backup data nightly, meter my lamps all that..., its just my real job potentially could have me moving out of state... |
