Unhappy How Do You Deal With the "no-show"

Ok guys we all have them, the "no show" client.Clients that make appointments and don't keep them. What are the different ways we deal with it. I charge a "no show fee" of a walk-in of what that bed could have potentially made me. If they no show on my early morning or late night appoinments (the before and after hours) I charge double. For my time.

Re: How Do You Deal With the "no-show"

Very simple.

You have to cancel at least one hour before your appointment. If you don't, and you have a visit package, you lose the visit. If you have one of our "unlimited" packages, we back up the expiration date by a day.

If it's a customer that pays for singles all the time, they are warned once, and if it happens again, they aren't allowed to make appointments. They just have to do walk-ins.

Honestly what we do is if your late for your appointment by 5 minutes we automatically cancel, no questions, no exceptions. It has worked well for us.

Walk-in only wouldn't work here. We've always done appointments, and everyone else does as well. To go to walk-in only would **** off too many of our customers.

Ditto. Our slowest bed it 12 minutes so even if they do show up they don't have to wait long. With our 7 and 8 minute beds I wait about 3 minutes and bump them.
